OneNight. One Winemaker. Thirty Seats.

Welcome to the first in what we hope will become Mojo’s signature series—an intimate celebration of the people, produce and wines of Western Australia’s Geographe Wine Region.

On Saturday 17 October at 6.30pm, we’re proud to welcome Tim Fearon, founder and winemaker of Fearon Wines, one of the rising stars of the Geographe Wine Region.

Recently named a finalist in the prestigious Young Gun of Wine Awards, Tim is earning national recognition for crafting elegant, expressive wines that capture the character of our own backyard. His philosophy is simple: let the vineyard speak, creating wines that reflect the unique soils, climate and seasons of the Ferguson Valley and the Geographe Wine Region.

Throughout the evening, Tim will personally introduce each wine, sharing the stories behind the vintages, the journey of building Fearon Wines, and why he believes the Geographe Wine Region is one of Australia’s most exciting places to grow and make wine.

Ourchefs have created a four-course spring menu, with three courses thoughtfullypaired with Fearon Wines. In celebration of our region’s wonderful producers, two courses will showcase Marigold Lamb, ethically raised in the beautifulPreston Valley near Donnybrook—bringing together two passionate local producersin one unforgettable evening.

Withjust 30 seats available, this is far more than a traditional wine dinner. It’san opportunity to sit around the table with the winemaker, hear the stories behind every bottle and experience the Geographe Wine Region in a way that’ssimply not possible at a larger event.

We encourage you to book early to avoid missing out on this intimate evening.
